For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and are payable by the customer. These payments are not made to the seller of the goods, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to obtain information about any fees that may be incurred from the relevant authorities before placing an order. 

Return

If you do not like an item or it does not fit, you can cancel the purchase contract within 14 days. This requires a clear statement by e-mail or letter to us.

The costs of the return are to be borne by the buyer

Up to a value of 500€, return the goods with a shipping service provider of your choice. The costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. An insured shipping method is recommended here, as a refund can only be made if the product has arrived in perfect condition. For orders with a value of more than 500€ please contact us. We will then arrange for a collection by our courier. The costs for a return shipment are to be borne by the customer.

On arrival of the products we will check if they are in original condition and free from damage. If this is the case,we will refund the money to the payment method used by the customer.
