1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Aurifex GbR (hereinafter Aurifex) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his self-employed professional activity.

4. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions. If you exercise your right of revocation as a consumer, you must bear the regular costs of the return shipment. In all other respects, the provisions set out in detail in the following cancellation policy shall apply to the right of cancellation.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of cancellation:
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to make a repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have returned the goods to us.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

5. Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for deliveries abroad. Delivery within Germany is free of charge. The shipping costs are clearly indicated again on the product pages, in the shopping basket system and on the order page.

Delivery will be made by Deutsche Post up to a value of goods of 500.00€. For deliveries with a goods value of 500.00€-25,000.00€, the delivery will be made by cash-in-transit. The delivery time is up to 8 days. We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.
